they had tm as backbond provider - existing unlimited landline broadband (unifi / streamyx)
celcom roaming for 3g/2g - most celcom data user is connected to 4G , thus the 3g spectrum is less usage
they had their own 4g spectrum and its expanding

Update regarding unlimited data

10.15 am : Webe cs call me and clarify about the unlimited data issue. She said that the latest mobile plan offered now is 100% sure its unlimited. The 20gb quota is their first plan before now. Now the 20gb quota is NOT VALID anymore and ALREADY replaced with the CURRENT PLAN THAT IS UNLIMITED DATA CALL AND SMS. Screenshot of my conversations with webe cs before is a conversation with a new webe CS. I understand that webe is new but Tm and P1 is well established right, experience from tm and p1 on every aspect can be use and implement. Don't make customers confused okay my dear webe.

If I'm using non certified phone for 3 days of the 7 days grace period.. it'll be 3/7.. then I switch back to certified phone for 1 day.. then switch back to a non certified phone again. Will my grace period start from 1/7 again or continue become 4/7?
