I feel that they should change all their old "tak bole pakai" staff and bring in new staff so others have job opportunity plus they will give a new fresh start for the company.

Old staff will still think and used the old ways.

Both the company sucks at service,but i think TM will deliver better than P1 although it sucks.

They can if they decide to give unlimited mobile data without quota monthly with capped speed like 5Mbps mobile internet forRMXX,8Mbps mobile internet for RMXX and so on bundled together with their Unifi and Streamyx service.This is currently being done in some Europe and orang putih countries.

Sure people will jump in to their mobile service.

The are the biggest player in Broadband, you think they wont take over the mobile industry.... it's just a matter of time and decisions only.

even if you DO takeover the industry, to sustain it, they will need GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE and TECHNICAL SUPPORT. Otherwise, it will be jusst another rising star that falls too easily.

I have learned from some Taiwanese friends that their telco is offering unlimited LTE data plan and unlimited in-network voice calls for a very competitive rate, more if bound by a free phone plan.

If we also have such offer, no one will be subscribing to wifi broadband at home.
