I emailed to their customer service and told them which device im going to use with their service, they had the technical team to check on the compatibility, After 2 days, they called me and said my device is supported although it's not listed. I am entitled to enjoy the promotion. RN3 is the device I'm going to use BTW. If you really want to find out email to them, but i think you need to be invited before contacting their CS

it is only 20GB/1000min/1000sms, not worth for RM79/month with no tethering allowed although i'm able to bypass it...
plan to get the unifi on this sunday or even went back to U Mobile P70 with 15GB+7GB Video ONZ with tethering no restriction~

Okay, guys. This is an update to everyone.
Webe is not as great as what we thought. Its unlimited data, calls and SMS are all untrue. They are applying FUP just like their previous company, P1. Nothing much has changed just from a WiMax company to a Telco. The way they do business remains the same. We got fooled by Webe. Before this, we thought it will be like the Telcos in USA, give truely unlimited data to everyone just that tethering is not allowed. But at the end, they are still the same like P1. What s disappintment!

you can install the sim to those tv box/stick with sim slot and connect to big screen and use wireless keyboard and mouse from the usb port of the tv box/stick.

Problem I'm facing right now is no sms recieved after TAC request. Wait until online banking session expired, still no TAC sms. I tell them already, don't know how many years it takes for them to fix it. I'm not complaining about speed or coverage, yet they are unable to fix it quickly. One of the cust service staff ask me to check with the bank. I said already done that, and the bank say it's telco/service provider problem, not ours.

I subscribe to webe last friday and get my sim at their branch in JBCC. Port in from hotlink succesful on saturday. The problem I experinced with webe was, TAC request sms didn't arrive. I even update my phone num through atm machine, yet the same happen. So, yesterday at 2pm I request port in to Umobil. Back to prepaid.

In the evening I ask webe cust service about my request to port out and usually how long it takes for me to recieve confirmation sms from webe. He said 5 working day. Out of a sudden this morning at 8, I recieved sms from Umobil that my porting request was succesful and can replace my sim. How was that? I never recieved or replied any sms from webe.

Few minutes later I recieved email from webe. They say I will recieved my final bill on next cycle and should I have any claim on upfront payment, I may request for it and will be paid in 60 days. As in webe selfcare app, my account status was terminated and my unbilled amount are rm14.73

Hope this reference help. Lucky to get away with this 'game changer' telco. Lol.

just like webe, Yes is also updating their list of VoiceLTE certified phones and recently they have even included Xiaomi Mi5 phone into the list (the one im currently using). i was informed by Yes that most 2016 phones should be compatible, so is it the same as webe?

Anyway, I got the webe invitation through e-mail and have even registered at webe website, but am afraid to try since my phone is yet in the webe certified list (and possibly I wont get the RM60 discount after the 7 day grace period) so should I wait? is there any chance that eventhough my phone isnt listed yet but webe will still give the promo RM60 discount since (for example) specs wise my phone is working well with webe? appreciate your reply, thanks!

4g at menara tm is about 2-3mbps
While 3g can reach up to 8mbps

Just activate my sim today, port from celcom. I got full bar LTE inside my house. Previously celcom only 3G.

i'm already using over 100GB and the speed is still not throttle
still waiting for the unifi 30Mbps because the webe only can connect one device at a time and this slow things up if multiple device connect at the same time...
update or apps installation keep on stuck in the middle and need to restart again and again...

Why is discount only restricted to certain device? Can the sim read the device model?

How do they disable thethering? By restricting it to device and disable thethering from the menu?

Damn, if really want give unlimited, please just give unlimited la. If want to limit, just put a simple data plan limit. I seriously hate this type of marketing. It's call confusion marketing.

As i know redmi note 3 is certified phone ...just check the spec which is lte band5 ...
