 Porting out confirmation, how many confirmation do you need?????

So i requested a port out and received the confirmation request and i have replied YES

Then this morning i received this, what type of shit system are you guys running?

Dont effing tell me you need a confirmation from all my supplementary line when i am the principal line and account holder

what else is pending from my end, my account number is [u]

You better get back to me asap on this and not delay this - else i will write and make an official complain to MCMC

bloody rubbish, you guys already made a huge disaster out of this, at least let people leave gracefully

Yup. I have 5 supplementary line under me. All five have to reply "YES"

Bloody rubbish Maxshit. They are trying their best to prevent people to PORT OUT.

How to prevent ? Worst come dispose the bloody no. and get a new line straight frm other telco . else just lodge a complaint to MCMC on this matter
