Details of the complaint :
Complain against spamming my customer's / MIGHT spamming other's agents customers for his service
This is an inappropriate action which violates the rule of lowyat forum and for me this is unethical to hard sell their service to customers who posted on my thread. My customers were also uncomfortable with the way he did.
Proof:




After received all the complains from my customers, i had clearly inform him stop spamming as this is unethical way to do business and this had RUINED my business and please let customer to choose their agents they wanted by their own willl.
Anyway, things turns out differently as he is accusing me that im the one who did the wrong thing. He had brings out an old issue which my customer and I had nicely solved and even placing new order with me.



And the way he answer me on how he spam my customers:

The purpose that i started this thread is to make a clear statement to what is actually happened based on facts and hoping that cloud8318 can do his own business fairly and thinking about all other agents feeling including mine. I understand how hard life is but PLEASE dont be selfish as you are not the only one who have a hard life
