Today's speed.
Been using time fibre (100Mbps) for one year, so far didnt encounter any problem until last two weeks. On and off lags and high latency issues encountered.  Penang area. Attached thumbnail(s)

yeah.. i cant seems to load movies as well. the internet connection is slow.
