Can't believe some of you guys are getting free router upgrades whereas I get nothing. Been using TIME since their astro IPTV debut. Terminated the IPTV when they couldn't matched the 100mbps plan and then moved on to their standalone plans. Unbelievable.

I replaced my zte with a dlink dlr850-l which was left by my tenant. I did a hard reset and after connecting to the router I can only get constant 0.20mbps d/u. Rebooted the router a few times and it's still the same. Can anyone help me with this. I am not very good with IT related stuffs.
