My apartment management finally signed and allowed Time to be installed. I called Time's person in charge for our apartment and he said that now need to wait for HQ approval.

How long it gonna take?? Also installation for high rise building?

I cant stand to use 8mbps with 56kbps upload for like 2years already since i came back from study in Shah Alam which is i use TIME, make me alot.

So, how long it normally takes for TIME HQ to approve installation? then how long the installer going to take to install?

Are there a case where TIME doesnt approve some buildings?

Hi bro jjj2, Relau got TIME, why my area Jelutong doesnt have yet, my residence Mutiara Heights only have streamyx and sucky PenangFON, i remember on July last year, TIME already collect our forms of interest to subs for TIME is high, our management already approved and ive already contact representative from TIME, he said they also approved to install TIME, but now just waiting for contractor to start the installation.

But now its been a year waiting for them to install, i need to get rid my PenangFON 20mbps package RM170/mth... almost everyweek got downtime, and now 15 days cant play online games, bad ping..even youtube autoload at 144p...

hi JJJ, my building Mutiara Heights, Jelutong, Penang, just got TIME equipped last week and i already fill the form from TIME representative that will present here at my building promoting TIME, but they never mention the new Package RM129 for 100mbps and etc..

i subs to their 1st package RM149 100mbps, with 2years contract+phone line... so how do i get this offer for merdeka promotion? they havent come to install yet and im told they will set appointment this Thursday.. if im contracted with RM149 now, how do i not eligible for the current offer??

i got my TIME installed, the speed is super fast!

but..not for my gaming experiance..this is comparison between my TIME and my friend Unifi..

how come it be like this? Unifi only 78ms, which is playable before i upgrade to TIME that give me 190-200ms on ASIA region servers...

i do get this kind of speed too..im using lan cable not wifi, i notice my living hall computer speedtest is normal (100mbs) meanwhile my room computer also using lan cable got less than 10mb download speed and 100mbps upload..(im on 100mbps)

then i fixed it by flushing my dns (using CMD) and restart my pc..voila...settle..normal speed now..so far ok liao

Just open cmd > right click as admin

and type

ipconfig/flushdns

and Restart your PC

Try above method, it works for me everytime...hehe
BTW im using Lan cable connection..if Wifi, it always unconsistent because of interference like walls etc..

i got this as new subscriber this month too..same unit..

Guys, ping issue when playing Battlefield 4 still persist..i dont know why..all my friends are okey..Unifi give 70-80ms ping max..meanwhile mine still the same 190ms-200ms..and i always got kicked when playing because of my ping..any TIME savvy can check my connection?

i got upgraded to 500mbps from 100mbps, but ive been speed testing..its still 100mbps..subscribed last month and im using cable cat 5e and also 5ghz wifi on my iphone7..do it takes time to come or what? owh they give me AC1200 btw
