Me too. Video streaming seems to need a lot more buffering around 8-10pm most days. I haven't done any speed tests, though. Could just be the streaming servers, I suppose.

I find TIME performance is often very bad in the evenings when streaming from the USA. I guess the international 'pipe' is overloaded.

Interesting. You're connecting to a USA-based ExpressVPN server? If you were connecting to the USA via Singapore or HK, for example, then presumably you'd not be using the USA-MY 'pipe' and might expect better performance. But I guess that's not how you're doing it, so my consistently slow streaming between 8-10pm needs another explanation to the one I gave.
