Wi-Fi speed depends on devices hardware.
If device support AC then can achieve 100Mbps
Customer Service is good. They provide help on hotline.
For the stock router, if not more 6 devices connected then should there be no problem
If you do heavy downloads, streaming and gaming then need to change router

The stock router from TIME is capable of getting 100Mbps over WI-FI

1) Package signed up & Router model (TIME router?)
2) Tested with another Cat5e/Cat6 cable ?
3) Tested by bypassing the Router ?
4) Which Speedtest Server?
5) Already reset both the account & Router ?
6) Fiber reading before entering ONU & that is sensed by ONU.

It's good for range & penetration but not very highspeed...due to the limitation of 802.11n 300Mbps & 100Mbps FE WAN port ... if you are expecting a wifi speed between 3x--5xMbps, this should do well.

Suggest you to go for AC1750 or AC1900.
What's your current stock router?

If your stock router is AC1200 then don't choose AC1200.
This bandwidth just so so only.

If LAN, try to reset your router.

If WiFi, only 5GHz is capable supporting up to 100Mbps.
For 2.4GHz, it is not possible, if your devices support 2 X 2 Antenna, then is capable supporting up to that speed.

wifi connection will have packet loss, that was pretty normal as long it not happened too often.

For a budget of below  RM 350 , we strongly recommend TP-LINK powelrine - AV1300 Gigabit Powerline ac Wi-Fi Kit, TL-WPA8630 KIT, it provide stability and high speed bandwidth
Alternatively  if you need  better wifi coverage , maybe you can consider use Tenda Ac 6 router for extend coverage . it is also around RM 150.
