Not in my case. I relocated to a next door unit, literally next door. Was charged RM150 for 15m fiber cable.

Question for all the TIME SIs, have you all encountered issues whereby other telco's installer disrupt your customer's fiber connection?

I personally know 1 person that had her Fiber plugged out at the MDF room of her condo. She found out after her SI came on site and saw the fiber unplugged.

I'm not making allegations here but this morning Telco T came to install a connection on level 10 around 11am. I came home at 1.30 and found out my ONU's LOS light is red. Called support and found no fiber cut nor OLT failure in the area.

Report made. And yes, could be other issue as well. If such an occurrence is common, is TIME aware about this and is there any mitigation process put in place? It's an inconvenience to TIME's end users and it's ridiculously unethical on the other Telco's part. Just saying.
