if you using ethernet it is not related to the router, I believe TIME having routing, congestion or bottleneck traffic to global link. please ask TIME fella share current bandwidth usage to global traffic.

There's not much the technician can do. It is a common thing when you stay at a high density condominium where there are a lot of wireless devices in close proximity.

The Internet is working properly but it's just that the wireless condition at your place is really congested.

I would recommend you to use LAN or buy a better router.

I used to subscribe to Astro IPTV 10mbps

I cancelled my Astro subscription and signed up for Time 100mbps.

It feels like 100mbps is worse off than the 10mbps from Astro.

Fair enough maybe since then we increased our streaming devices at home and increased our connected devices too.

Could it be a router problem, you think? I have a 2 year old Asus RT-N18U as the main router. I have a Dlink DIR-850L as the AP and a DAP-1650 range extender connected to the AP.

We have ~18 devices connected to the internet. What would be your recommendation?

Change the main router to one that supports MU-MIMO and use the RT-N18U as the AP or subscribe to a 2nd 100mbps line?
