Just curious, does the installer provided the deck phone together with modem and router?
For mine, is without phone, or this is normal?

Hi guys, i have successfully installed my new TIME 100mbps plan.
Just curious, does the installer provided the deck phone together with modem and router? For mine, is without phone, or this is normal? |

Is there a way to change our billing method via Self Care website or you have to call TIME support?
When I registered for this service, I specifically opted for EBill. But when I checked my account login, it says Paper Bill (RM5/month). |

so far TIME fibre has been quite good. Only one or two times router auto reboot since installation in Apr.
just that they need to improve their customer service and also their 'surprise'. TIME Internet Hi XXX, we're getting really close to the day. Please do keep up with us from time to time. I received my Bill.
It shows current charges is RM191 (What???) Service Charges 149.00 Other Charges 33.19 (In the bill, it shows as Advance Charges Post Service Tax) Discounts 2.00CR Service Tax (6% on Taxable Amount of 180.19) 10.81 (huh, what???) Current Charges 191.00 Then from RM191, it deducted RM33.19 (this was the -ve value earlier), final amount is RM157.81 (huh, what???) My bill cut-off date is 8th every month, by right SST is from 01/09 - 07/09. If follow bro jjj2 calculation: SST Calculation P = Package Price R = Rebate (Eg. Auto Debit) V = Previous Balance Brought Forward (If ANY) D = No of Days in the current chargeable month (Aug in this case) Y = No of Days from 1 Aug to Bill Cut-Off Date Total Billed Amount (up to 31 Aug), C = V + (D - Y)/D * (P - R) For a 100Mbps customer with Auto Debit, billl cut-off date 8th each month. P = RM149 R = RM2 V = RM33.19 (is this based on the -ve value???) D = 31 Y = 8 C = 33.19 + 23/31 * 147 = RM142.25 I'm not even sure if my calculation above is correct or not. The bill is so confusing. It says that I need to pay RM157.81. Also I'm on auto debit, which means it will charge my CC anytime. |
