Wondering if anyone got this and what it's for? When I try to do it I get ACS lost connection or something similar.

Hmmm so trying to understand the new FAQs... if I want the DIR-882 do I need to reset contract and increase monthly to rm199?

sad.gif i just signed up for the 300mbps in april, got the ac1200 router, and because im under 12 months usage, i cant get the DIR-882 RIP

There's a catch, if ur contract less than 12 months and u got upgraded to 1Gbps u can't redeem the DIR-882, only if u more than 12 months in contract edi. So new user like me need to buy a new router
