had connection error to rocket league game since yesterday, anyone experiences this as well?

recently changed to time ac 1200 free router. my old router asus can achieve 520 up and down consistently.
with this new modem my pc can only achieve 150-200 mbps down and 300mbps up. tried lan port 1 2, same result. turned off nat boost, same resuult. reset both modem and router. same result. 5g can achieve 300-400mbps |

best way to test your max speed is via downloading anything uploaded to google drive.
not all speedtest provider can reach up to 1gbps on their upload and download. |
