Hello. I'm thinking to subscribe to Time and have checked that my condo is available. Time has offered an excellent speed compare with the price.
What bothers me is that I read some reviews that Time has a poor after sales service and lots of its user have been complaining about that, so I want to confirm if that's true. If anybody have experienced that.
Because for 24mths subscription, bad/long response to service problem, will be painful.
How stable is the connection... good speed and price means nothing if the connection is poor or even dc.

Hope anybody can help me make my decision.

I have my Time Fibre installed by the help of bro yeapch01.Had several personal issues by the time I register such as I urgently need it.... needed to be installed on the weekend....debit card several times not compatible with time. Bro yeapch01 managed to help get those things done.

Highly recommend him to all of you who want to subcsribe.
He provides one of the best service I think, quick to respond and a very humble guy.

It's been 9-10 months now and received hardly any problem at all.
