Couldn’t even access selfcare and its fully grabbed. What a load of bullcrap.

Hope there’s some good news on the line upgrades or price reduction.

Lol I wouldn’t know, I’m using an older ZTE router. That could be the reason I’m not getting speed upgrades 😅.

Got my upgrade, however its capped at 350+ Mbps, using the old ZTE router. Only possible when testing on my Xbox One. Wifi is only at 60-70mbps.

Getting the new router today, and planning to upgrade to cat7 cables. Do I need to change the cable from modem to router to cat7 as well?
