Hi how is Time connection to singapore servers? Dota 2 stable? Time is available in my condo. I'm considering switching.

One question , does the dlink router provided by Time capable of 100mbps wirelessly?

the reason I ask is some Unifi router supports up to 20mbps only

so far so good. Connection to singapore very stable at 9ms

100mbps.

The stock wireless router speed can support 100mbps but it's device dependent. My older laptop can only connect at 40-50mbps, but my Iphone / ipad mini 2 can connect to 100mbps.

I am impressed with Time. Keep up the good work. I just wish the service will not degrade with more users signing up now.

Try test with LAN cable connection, make sure it's the good cable supporting 1000mbps, not the cheap 100mbps cat-5

ROI is EVERYTHING in internet business.

It does not make any economic sense to compete and duplicate services where Telekom has already offered. The possible solution is to enter agreement with TM to use their last mile connection (similar arrangement like Maxis). biggrin.gif

Time has limited resources and they have to be careful about their investments. ROI is of course their top priority. The last I checked, Time is very profitable now smile.gif thumbup.gif thumbup.gif thumbup.gif but they struggled in the past.

So the current model works well, finding their niche in condos - why rock the boat by investing and competing head on with TM/ Maxis at landed properties?
