Alright guys, final update..
Bro @TXSim and bro @jjj2 managed to help me reset my router n modem along with its settings and finally i hve my normal speed back.
The people working at TIME call center should learn a thing or two from them.

Once again , i would like to thank them for their help !

Well, everything became back normal after resetting the router to factory default. What you need to do is that you need to insert a pin below the router ( there is a tiny hole there with a button inside ) and pin down the pin to the button for at least 10 seconds ( yellow light > blinking orange light > stable orange light > stable yellow light) .
If you dont follow the step as above, the router wont detect any connection and you wont be able to utilize the internet to insert the settings ( PPPoe username, password) into the router via 192.168.0.1/192.168.1.1.

Thank you !

100Mbps is now the basic needs for all households! Lower than that considered non-standard for our society now

are you RA2 player ?

when you comment basic needs, do you even understand what is basic needs ?

Don't need to question other's opinion in such a way bro, everyone's entitled to their own measurement of what is their basic needs. I do find that your comments of 1Mbps will do it for you a bit strange too since you can't even stream HD content with that speed. Anyway hope Maxis doesn't disappoint you with supplying you reliable 1 Mbps speed at least.

I don’t need to stream media, that’s why 1mbps will do. Mainly use it to do trading and email.

If you don’t use something can be measurable then useless to even talk because there is no standards defined. You can study maslow’s needs theory to understand what is basic needs.
