Folks, lesson learnt. First, open a new thread when the time is up and you will not know when the moderating team will come and close your thread. Then, start PM-ing and telling us your justification. Most of the time, it doesn't work with me.

Second, I wish to inform that everybody is allowed to open a thread here; whether you are a reseller or not a reseller, seriously I don't bother. What matters to me is the quality of discussion in the thread. I remembered I mentioned before in my PM to someone here if TS has started posting anything biased or to gain more sales, feel free to report and we will take action. Where is it now? Why suddenly opened a new thread?

Third, you can ask previous TS to edit and add in credit for you if you really want it. I also agree it is not good to copy other's work without proper consent.

Fourth, since the previous TS dropped me a PM to close his thread, I will then remove it and allow this thread to continue.

Fifth, my previous post is still valid in this thread and future thread(s). This is not a sales thread. Please report if there are posts like PM-ed you and similar sales related posts, we will take necessary action. This thread is for discussion and not sales thread.

International bandwidth test during peak hours 

The awful truth with most ISPs is that about 6% of the subscribers will use up 90% of the available bandwidth, mostly the streamers, downloaders and torrenters who go at it 24/7.

The situation with TIME Fibre Broadband will be somewhat better for the exact reason you mentioned. Being only limited to certain mid- to high-end condos means the subscriber cross-section is smaller - way lower proportion of high-bandwidth consumers.

Steam download is direct download at which the contents are directly delivered by Valve's dedicated servers located in Singapore, that's why it is fast.

Torrent is using peer-to-peer (P2P) protocol, your speed is depend on seeders' upload speed, if the seeder put a limit on his/her upload speed in the torrent client settings then you won't get a good download speed, torrent is very subjective, this is because not everyone is having fast upload speed or symmetrical upload speed like we do, there are many hit and run cases (stop seeding after finish the download at which the seeding ratio isn't an important factor on public tracker), private trackers are much better for fast download since you need to maintain a certain level of seeding ratio in order to keep using their service.

I am downloading F1 race videos now and is able to get over 30MB/s, I don't limit my upload speed since I have plenty to share, hopefully it can cover those hit and run cases or those who are on limited upload speed/data cap plan etc.
