Hi, im looking to install time fiber. First time using time, i have a couple of questions.
1) Is speed 5000mbps shared between users in a particular building, ie a condo. Or does each user get 500 mbps?
2) 500 mbps Time vs 10 Mbps Maxis (Comparison sake) - are they both in bytes or bits?
3) I have a tm line. Will that be affected?
4) Are there any promos? How is their after sales service?
5) Its a 24 month contract. What is the penalty fee?

My upload speed has been low for the past 2 days. Usually, 95++. Speedtest done using LAN Cable. I have restarted the modem a few times. Still the same. Location: Kelana Jaya |

How do we reset to default dns? Just remove the dns coloums and leave them blank?

My internet goes really bad around 8 or 9pm. This has happened 2 days in a row around the same time. Ping spikes really high and i cant use the internet. Despite being connected. I have been using the google dns since the time dns issue. Location: PJ.
Anyone else?

if im using the DIR-850L modem, google DNS will be 8888 for the secondary dsn right? We dont change primary. Can anyone verify?
