Called CS and they said having some problem, AGAIN. Last week was some auto-migration issue, today issue I was told they having some power/electrical issue due to the heavy rain.
Last week also same thing, affects everyone. Whats the point of having high speed internet if the reliability is shit.

They said have some problem with main fiber optic.
The funny think they said its only reflected OUG Parklane.
My previous ISP always face the same issue hahaha.
