Hi guys, if I port from other Telco to Digi Prepaid and any idea what plan would Digi offer me? How much I have to top up for 1 month Internet and my usage is around 300-500mb per month.

It's Best Prepaid V2 comes with free 500 MB/month basic internet that's good for WhatsApp,Waze etc.
Then you may further activate IDD IC foc for additional 1 GB/month of slow internet.

Thanks for the feedback. smile.gif
Can we do Internet browsing with the free 500mb?
What is the min top up every month?
Sorry for all the above questions. I never use prepaid before and doesn't know how it works. I am planning to switch my children's postpaid to prepaid if prepaid is less than rm30 per month with Internet access.

With Best Prepaid V2, you can subscribe Super Long Life at RM68 for 365 days validity (no minimum monthly topup required) .... with 500MB plus 1 GB per month slow basic internet inclusive ..Internet browsing with Opera Mini still bearable with me for slow basic internet.YMMV.

Sound good. I like the 365 validity. To double confirm, I just need to tell Digi that I want to sign up for Best Prepaid V2?

a)A Best Prepaid V2 package comes with 500MB/month free basic internet during credit validity period. To continue maintaining credit validity period, you topup periodically or subscribe SLL for 365 days validity at a one off charge of RM68 for V2.

b)One may activate IDD IC foc  by keying in : *138*1# and send ...... where you get additional 1 GB/month of slow basic internet.

Instead of regular topup to maintain credit validity period, V2 provides one the option of subscribing SLL at a charge of RM68 to obtain 365 days validity.

To subscribe SLL, your account balance must be above RM73 , then keyin :
*138*1*7*3# and send.

Note:If your account balance is less than RM73, the RM68 365 days option will not be on display for selection.

Thanks for the tips. Much appreciated.

How did you get the rebate?

The Rm 10 rebate is from porting into Digi with signing up on certain plan like 78 and above if I am not mistaken.

Not sure what happened on my Digi line.
The phone can dialed out, but when I try to make incoming call, it rang from the caller phone. But the Digi line not ringing at all. After minutes, it should sms that I have miss calls.

Also, I can't configured call forwarding on my line also
