If there are still 10 days for prepaid balance to expire and I use the super long life reload, will the 365 days be added to the 10 days?
Similarly, if I still have remaining days from the super long life reload and I reload another RM100, will the 100 days be added to the new remaining days?
TQ

QUOTE(V3000 @ Jun 15 2016, 09:37 PM) DiGi validity added the day you perform topup and not added from your current expiry data. Example : Your Sim expired on 31/May/2016 and you topup rm30 on 15/May/2016 and your new validity will be 15/June/2016. oh okay, thanks. Better wait fr the current expire to end then.

QUOTE(tympg @ Jun 20 2016, 09:22 AM) Go to this page: http://new.digi.com.my/promotion/reload-promoLook for the Notes and the Frequently Asked Questions near the bottom of the page. Thanks. I reloaded last night and did get the RM15 credit for RM100 reload. However, when I turn on mobile data, it eats up my prepaid credit instead. Any idea how to use the RM15 free internet credit?

I received an sms saying that I have won a free internet pass and dial *888*4# to claim. So I dialed and claimed 200MB for 5 days (free). Anyone received it too? How it works, just switch on my mobile data and use it? I am on prepaid and not subscribed to any internet package. Any catch? Thank you QUOTE Internet Pass 1. The RM28 postpaid plan here comes with 0.5 GB. https://new.digi.com.my/postpaid-plansBut at this page, the RM28 plan is shown to come with 1GB. https://new.digi.com.my/internet-rolloverSo which is the correct one? Also, if I wish to convert my prepaid to a postpaid plan, how to avoid having the current credit burnt? Possible to offset? Thank you

QUOTE(zher4883 @ Oct 8 2016, 01:57 PM) There's two option, more internet or more calls & sms. More internet comes with 1GB internet and 50 min call while more calls & sms comes with 0.5GB internet and unlimited calls to three digi number. Got it thanks. So the 1GB internet plan is true. Just to share the answer obtained for my second question, we may transfer the prepaid credit balance to the new Postpaid account. Maximum credit balance up to RM100 can be transferred

I have few other questions. Since I am currently on prepaid, once in a while I will buy the Internet Pass (RM10 for 2GB 2days). However, I find that the speed is quite slow. Is the speed from the Internet Pass plan the same as the speed from a postpaid plan? Or it is because the Internet Pass is only meant for 3G while the postpaid internet is LTE? At the postpaid plan for RM28, it states 50mins to all networks (i assume it refers to calls). Is this 50mins given per month or one time only? Also, where can I find the call and sms rate? Seems only prepaid rates are listed. https://new.digi.com.my/postpaid-plans#More-InternetThank you This post has been edited by Human Nature: Oct 8 2016, 03:43 PM

Luckily not one time 50 mins only

On prepaid to postpaid conversion. http://new.digi.com.my/Page/tnc/default/tn...aid_conversionsQUOTE 16.3 Up to a maximum of RM100/ excluding GST - prepaid credit balance may be transferable to postpaid line. Any balance exceeding RM100 excluding GST will not be refunded to postpaid account holder and shall be forfeited upon successful conversion to a postpaid account.
The transferred credit will be used to pay future postpaid monthly bills right? For example, if I transfer RM100 I don't need to pay any bill for 3 months (RM28 postpaid plan) QUOTE 16.6 The whole conversion process will be completed within two (2) working days. During such two (2) working days, the Customer may not be able to make and receive calls or use any of the VAS subscribed. Anyone with experience, really cannot use the number in 2 working days? --------------------------- I have about RM150 prepaid credit and talktime transfer is daylight robbery as it imposes validity. Any idea or tips on how can I use RM50 (apart from normal call/sms/internet) quickly? Is there any digi store that I can use the prepaid credit at?

QUOTE(dgboy @ Oct 9 2016, 10:07 AM) If you find a buyer who is on Super Long Life, the validity is not an issue. Meaning the user has to be on SLL before I do the transfer? Because RM25 has only 7 days validity, will it overwrite it? QUOTE(nickcct @ Oct 9 2016, 10:31 AM) If not mistaken can use the credit to buy iFlix subscription as well. Not on ifllix as well, that's how i can survive with just a prepaid all this years
