Called digi CS . no ppl pick up the call . FB and Twitter them , no reply. Keep fb and Twitter and no reply as well . hopeless telco

If u want to compare digi and maxis , digi is even worst than maxis . digi silently revised their idigi78 plan from 3gb 100mins to 4gb 200mins , but never informed their existing customer and never allowed them to get the revised plan .
Some more they silently discontinued the idigi78 plan , so that existing owner who never aware of this revised plan know . |
