I'm under contract . Btw , my iDIgi 78 come with 3gb data and 100mins calls ...they have revised to 4gb and 200mins ..can I call digi and demand for 4gb , under the same plan...?

Called digi CS . no ppl pick up the call . FB and Twitter them , no reply. Keep fb and Twitter and no reply as well . hopeless telco

If u want to compare digi and maxis , digi is even worst than maxis . digi silently revised their idigi78 plan from 3gb 100mins to 4gb 200mins , but never informed their existing customer and never allowed them to get the revised plan .

Some more they silently discontinued the idigi78 plan , so that existing owner who never aware of this revised plan know .

made MCMC complaint on 17th April 2016, till today no reply from digi ... simply amazing .. worst telco in msia..umobile took less than 5 workings day to reply and rebated my account , maxis took action in 3working days , TM in 2days , DIGI >10working days and still ignore me....

will avoid digi at all cost .... never consider them anymore
