1) Could happen if the phone is switching constantly between 3G/LTE due to signal strength.

2) Depends as this is subjective. Example, Digi may have better coverage at south part of TTDI while Maxis is better at north part of TTDI. One thing for sure, I noticed Digi is still slightly behind when it comes to indoor coverage.

I think that is how Digi prioritised it. Top Up > Off-Peak > On-Peak
Could certainly use a minor tweak, try contacting Digi and see if they and help you out. 

There is an even more unfair RM80 plan , 7GB Anytime + 3GB Weekend + 6GB Anytime

Long story and discontinued now,  not way to get it. Last time Digi sent random SMS to some Digi users. It had a webpage and it was leaked. Those who wasn't eligible can register their interest and was then contacted by Digi. I did so and got this plan.

Btw, want to ask that how did u guys get to know the 70 digi plan with 12gb and one year contract? Since the website got nth regards this plan.
