Is unifi having issue right now? I am having a very bad latency even to singapore server. Avr 200ping

Still having bad latency and packet loss since ytd. I jst sign up hide.me Vpn for a month trial and now the speed is back to what it is b4. Hopefully it will be solve by the time my vpn trial expired.
