Hi, need your recommendation for a good Asus Wireless Router.

My family just upgraded to Unifi 30 lately and we found the existing wifi router is bad with poor coverage.

Based on the floor plan I draw, these are the current wifi coverage that I manage to receive with the existing Unifi wifi router with the modem mark X.


Would anyone please recommend which Wifi Router should I get to boost up the wifi coverage for all three rooms with budget less than RM500? Primary use for Online Gaming, Torrent, IPTV, FB, Youtube, Surt Net.

Thanks for the suggestion ==> RT-AC55UHP , but it is slightly above our budget RM500, my bother will not agree with it.
I shall try to persuade him to get this Wifi router, else I have to stick with RT-N18U or RT-N14UHP.

Are you refer to get a repeater, something like this in Asus official website?
My family prefer to get a better wifi router rather than repeater

For my case, it took two months for me to get Unifi after TM setup fiber box near my house.
I rang TM for Unifi package just after the fiber box was ready, but they unable to find my home address in their system, I was told be patient and wait for good news.

Try follow-up with TM and ask them directly.

Just got green light from family that go ahead with Asus RT-AC55UHP.
Will get from 11street with price RM474 (after applied coupon), should be all good now.

Using stock TM router with IPV6, no issue with FB connection so far.

This is the exact package offer for me and my friend that are still in VIP5.
I turned down the offer and stay with VIP5.

Is it price exclude HyppTV? Or all included.
