Sometimes playing the ignorant card is better.
I told TM; "I nak buat business transaction ni, kenapa for 2 months straight your service macam tahi longkang? I cannot pay my business taxes online, you waste my time to go do it manually, I have to spend more money on a temporary dispatch boy while I continue to pay your ridiculous internet berukband. Ada logic kah?" Then they reply: "So encik, apa yang nak kita buat? Bukan masalah kita. We are doing our best to bagi semua orang stable internet, but sometimes it is out of our control. Bukan server kita yang down, it's luar punya server." I replied: "I don't know what server this server that la. At the end of the day YOU are causing me to lose money, giving me inconvenience and wasting my time. All I know is your biz service plan promise to give me "restoration time up to 12 hours". Now sudah berapa hari? You ingat macam you kah sit at the office, wait for gaji every month? Then pergi complain when employer late 1 day gaji? You FIX it now or you re-imburse 2 months + compensation. Pending 2 months rebate now. |

Then verify the speed yourself and tell them technician don't need to come and you won't be home la. Use your own router, it's not like the dlink 850 is a great router in the first place.
People only want free free free when they don't realize nothing is free. |

Well Biz 50 user here, just got call from TM to upgrade to 100mbps for both my biz lines. Price? RM379.
But the funny thing, the person said the RM379 will be permanent price. Which got me confused a bit, I thought the RM379 is promo price and will be eligible for only 2 years then it will revert back to RM399 (assuming if no price change)? I asked the sales person correctly and she said that I can cancel the RM70 free calls (which is included in the package already) after 2 years to stay with the RM379 price. Just told her I would think about it and to call me back a few days later. Who knows what cerita pusing by then. |

If anyone is on Biz package, you can actually call to complain about speed decrease. Don't need to mention all those 80% min speed, just complain and demand. They'll give you back your speed (if not more).

Just got upgraded to Biz 100.
Can't get above 95mbps DL no matter what I do lol. Contractor even gave me the new BTU and results in the same speed. Have 2 BTUs now, one is the old Alcatel Lucent which already supports 1gbps and the new one which also supports it. Can't complain either because SKMM standard is above 90% promised speed, which at 95mbps clearly is. Ah well. Upload is always above 52mbps though.
