Latest info I heard is that TM will cut your line once your bill is outstanding for >1month but <2months n will charge reconnection fee of rm10.

Some subscribers of VIP5 were recently offered free upgrade to VIP10 @rm149, same as OKU package. Such a big company but without social responsibility, in fact I think certain privilege people(non-OKU) get even better package like the rm88-4Mbp_streamyx-free_tablet. Malaysia boleh.
