I was a loyal maxis customer for like 10-12 years, then they started layan me like sampah (billshock, lag in data connection, no data connection and all, bill jalan but no service received). call helpline all also no use. tried porting to celcom also unsuccessful.. In the end, I have to sacrifice my phone number which i have used for ages and terminate my maxis account. Best.decision.ever. altho give me hassle, have to tell everyone i know, change my tac/credit card phone no etc..

i just found out that they have me blacklisted (ctos or ccris?) when im applying for a postpaid account from other telco. and i dont even have any hutang/account with them whatsoever..they just love to blacklist all of their ex customer/ Last time my wife kena,, didnt know that i also kena before that..so those ex customer, pls beware..
next week maxis, be prepared! i'm going at war with you.

either they like it or not, competition is great.. people doesnt only have phone bill to take care of, broadband fibreoptic line, satellite tv, iflix netflix and all other shits

so they will choose the most value for money package available

and celcom is offering that at the moment

maxis should really revise their packages and not trying to be snobbish

the arrogant maxis always slow to react to the new competition, they tot their customers still will be staying with them despite being paying overprice, reason they gave? QUALITY. well now it's now about quality anymore, as all the players' quality also gaining and improved.

Right now, it's the corporate package keeping maxis afloat, my company got 50 line from them paying 15k per month.

Ya convince ur company to port out. Tell your boss use other company can save 5k per month.

Just town center confirm got line especially those area with a lot of rich guy. Others suk cock lar especially outskirt as my work involve travelling to outskirt area whole malaysia. Make me wanna throw the sim card to south china sea thanks to their quality.

When ported to team yellow at least i have lesser problem than team green.

their coorperate line still top notch. other telco still lacking behind miles away from maxis on this. Currently the telco wars are focusing on end users.
