U guys still use maxis ka?? hahaha
I was a loyal maxis customer for like 10-12 years, then they started layan me like sampah (billshock, lag in data connection, no data connection and all, bill jalan but no service received). call helpline all also no use. tried porting to celcom also unsuccessful.. In the end, I have to sacrifice my phone number which i have used for ages and terminate my maxis account. Best.decision.ever. altho give me hassle, have to tell everyone i know, change my tac/credit card phone no etc..

i just found out that they have me blacklisted (ctos or ccris?) when im applying for a postpaid account from other telco. and i dont even have any hutang/account with them whatsoever..they just love to blacklist all of their ex customer/ Last time my wife kena,, didnt know that i also kena before that..so those ex customer, pls beware..
next week maxis, be prepared! i'm going at war with you.
