anyone remembered the maxis old prepaid plan, "youth" something for school? that moment i know maxxis fukuk me vely bad. maxis give me 4 years validity, versus celcom gives me until i reach a certain age(expiry like 2019 or something). something my credit just goes missing for no reason, not defending celcom though, i hate celcom advertising. spam sms every now and then. =.='' now sticking with umobile because, its cheap.

Umobile consider the most 'cipalak' among the big 4 took only a day but Maxis dub the most efficient and leader took 3 days. are they really that good or simply dragging us?

Ported out from Maxis long time ago. Best decision made.. was with them for around 5 years only.. so din get the so called counter offer when ported out.. lol

Just called Maxis 123 and this is what I understand from the customer service (I am using 128 and 98 plan respectively)

I still owe rm1.8k for each phone since is a zerolution plan. He said the *new* Maxis 1 plan is rolling out on this week 7th April for 158 (FYI 158 is 5GB, so the *new* plan they will add another 7GB for you = 12GB)

Since I am in 128 3GB plan, I ask them whether I have any cheaper/better plan for me, so he said that 3GB also gonna have a better one which is 3 + 6GB. I asked whether I am eligible, he said no. I need to call on 7th April to check again.

So conclusion for Zerolution subscriber like me :

1) This Thursday call/walk in and ask them if they have better plan for Maxis 1 plan. You might be staying on the same plan BUT more data with same payment.

2) Suck it up and pay the remaining balance of the phone price and jump ship to other telco.

So if you're poorfag like me (who dont have money for the second option) then you might want to pick the first option. Janji buat bising/ask for BETTER rate/data.

FYI 3GB is more than enough for me (as I hardly use for Youtube), I just want to pay lesser for my installment.
