i got 4 numbers under maxis

i want to port number A out. so i call and ask maxis are there any number under number A. they say yes, number C is a supp line of number A. then i request that number C to become a supp line of number B. they say ok and do it

then i went to port number A out. but i did not get the port out sms to answer yes. i knew something is wrong, so this time i use their online help, and ask are there any reason i can't port out, they check check say no, i should be able to port out fine. then i ask again, number A got any supp line under it? again the answer is no

so after 24 hours after i request to port out, i get the sms of saying i fail. i am rage and call up maxis , this time they say "oh sir, u got a supp line under ur number A, so we decline"
