We all have problems and the key of training is to overcome those problems physically and mentally. You are lucky enough to have no physical disability and can lift/live normally.
If you have insomnia, fix it.
If you can't walk, use the wheel chair.
If you can't eat, drink.
There is always a solution unless you are dead.
I don't wanna judge but I think you've been in an easy life with spoon feeding in the past. Complain doesn't help, action does
