Is it normal for the battery bar to fluctuate during firing?
And my ohm reading reads 0.4 when hot and 0.41 when idle, sometimes jumping from 0.41 to 0.4 when firing after being idle for a while.. IPV D3 + LG HG2 + Bellus RTA This post has been edited by markypcs: Apr 2 2016, 01:25 AM |

Hey guys, what are the benefits of leaving gaps between your coils?
I've seen some builds with small gaps between the coils and would like to experiment with my Bellus |

QUOTE(rjb123 @ Apr 2 2016, 07:29 PM) Depends on your setup - if using SS, Ni or Ti you need to use spaced coils for TC to work properly. Gotcha, soon I'll try SS, Ni or Ti and maybe TC.. Any tips for TC?Kanthal I usually do normal contact coils, spaced in tanks like the Crown Now I gotta finish up the whole bundle of kanthal I have QUOTE(TristanX @ Apr 2 2016, 07:49 PM) Passed the strawberry custard and french vanilla custard to a friend. He said it tastes similar.. Chain vaping the mojito now I'm a fan of light juices now, not too creamy, not too sweet. |

QUOTE(TristanX @ Apr 8 2016, 11:08 AM) Got some crazy prices here. Not a fan of DNA200's too?http://mall.shopee.com.my/shop/?sid=356158...#shopid=3561581 I still refuse to buy DNA200 though. Personally, I usually fire below 50 anyway so all the other mods are overkill for my usage. |

Recently received a dark horse RDA from a friend.
Anyone uses it, mind sharing your build? Currently using 26g kanthal 2.4mm 7 wraps each side, getting around 0.44 ohm. Firing at 3.0V. Question, the vaping chart in the first page shows the safe wattage limit is it? So correct me if i'm wrong, at say 0.44 ohm, it's better to stay below 40 watts? |

QUOTE(6oLsh0i_6o0z3 @ Apr 13 2016, 11:46 PM) Is that single or dual coil? There is no need to follow the chart. Just fire it till you find your sweet spot. dual coil build. so what's the chart for actually?QUOTE(Naqiudin @ Apr 13 2016, 11:56 PM) been using for several years (kelon one) mine also kelon one 20g dual parallel 4 wrap each side. the result is bomb with a mech mod » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Firing at 30w now, really enjoying it more than my Bellus RTA. |

Recently took out all the screws of my Dark Horse RDA to give it a good wash, recoiled it, and realized that the ohm jumps from 0.43 ~ 0.95 every time I pulse it.
What are some of the possible reasons for the jump? Never had troubles recoiling before taking out the screws. |

This one is a clone, so the screws aren't the best quality.
Maybe it's time for a new RDA EDIT: Found the cause, the 510 pin is not properly touching my mod. I screwed my mod in and put pressure so that it tilts a bit and it's firing at 0.4 consistently now. So what I did was put a small paper in between the dripper and mod. This post has been edited by markypcs: Apr 17 2016, 02:04 PM |

Is it a RDTA or RTA?
I'm really like the Dark Horse clone I've been vaping on, but can't seem to find a fix for the jumping ohm. So I'm looking around now. If anyone sees the Avocado 22 or 24, let me know! |

Anyone uses the noisy cricket here?
What are your thoughts on it? Can we use RTAs on it or only drippers? |

QUOTE(kuli2sahaja @ Apr 19 2016, 04:55 PM) Drip daily, RTAs not recommended. Cool, from the videos I've seen online.. Safe to build >0.25, never go below it. It is a series mod so even a 1.5ohm coil is 47w. I doubt you can build a coil that high with enough mass to stop the coil from melting. Maybe using a >100w tank like a TFV4 or the Moonshot RTA. 0.5ohm is 141w and that is my daily paired with a 12mg juice. 2-3 vapes after every meal and hopefully able to stop vaping and burning a hole in the wallet. What about batteries? If I marry two LG HG 2's should be fine right? I've never tried Clapton's. So prolly go with 26g kanthal with maybe 7> wraps. |

Thinking of buying the Velocity V2 (clone) from fasttech.
First time buying for FT, and I see there's different variations of it ( B, C). What's the difference? As in, why are there three options for the same product and colour? https://www.fasttech.com/products/4527700 C - https://www.fasttech.com/products/4585201 This post has been edited by markypcs: Apr 20 2016, 06:36 PM |

There's one that offers glass tank with the velocity v2. Looks decent!Okay will compare different velocity v2's. Anyone bought them from FT recently? Thanks for the tip!https://support.fasttech.com/FAQ/what-are-t...hipping-methods You'll be emailed a photo of your package with shipping label on. I receive my packages in 10-15 days.
