Is it normal for the battery bar to fluctuate during firing?
And my ohm reading reads 0.4 when hot and 0.41 when idle, sometimes jumping from 0.41 to 0.4 when firing after being idle for a while..

the battery bar fluctuates during firing due to battery sag as it tries to show you the battery's capacity in real time, since it's being discharged while you're firing.

if it fluctuates between +/- 0.03 at most it's acceptable, since to be reading ohm down to that scale you'd need micro ohm meters which costs a buttload more than what we pay for our mods or ohm readers. but of course while not being perfect, if you see the ohm jumping by +/- 0.10 or more something is either loose, or messed up.
