hilarious? What cotton are those?
*
those are kendo cotton, yeah it hold right amount of juice and flavor intensity much much greater than my double twisted kanthal. oh and chunk up much more vapors too. I mean clapton is what Im chasing for but the regular clapton could not hold the heat, I believe previously I had the same built but normal clapton just can't hold of the heat and spit juice and it has heating issue but this doesn't give me that kind of issue. Maybe the kendo cotton also play a part of holding of the heat of the coils. overall is a great wire and cotton. The con might be draining my battery much faster. not an issue though still Choco HG can last a day before charge.

About 8 limes of that size will give enough zest to make 250ml flavoring. Grate the zest (leave out the white internals..only grate the green skin), add it to 250ml PG in a sterilized glass jar, shake once a day and in 5-6 days you'll have a lovely lime flavor. Filter out the zest (which should have lost their green color by now) and discard. Use the flavor @ 10-12% for a stand-alone lime juice.

And train yr dog to fertilize the neighbor's lime treeĀ  biggrin.gif

Already did though LOL. Hmm sound like easy to make If I have the time and shit.

Found this dude selling Xtar on LYN
https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=2970982&hl=

I see the Xtar VC4 or MC2 doesn't come with a wall adapter.

Do you plug yours into your laptop USB?
*
I use my iphone wall adapter for the MC2 no problem smile.gif

Looks about the same... was looking at that exact one thinking when is anybody local gonna stock it. Most of the folks up at shopee have the square box non-tobeco no extra screws one unfortunately.

Might just get one for the extra grub screws. Hopefully they're the same screws as Velo1 - which should fit on my 'Cado wooo.

I wonder if the flavour on the Velo2 is at least as good as my 'Cado? I like the smiley look of it really, and from reviews so far the Velo2 should be a bit easier to work with compared to the Baby 'Nami (bigger well, roomier deck, no bottom flow business).

My VTC needs an actual dripper on it rather then my repurposed Fodi lol, and my old Magister is already stuck on the mech... soooooo...

*checks wallet contents*
*
LOL you are looking into v2 or the screws? I have some extra grub screw from v1 if you want it since one of my v1 is spoiled. I also have a velocity mini that not using also has the screw though. Let me see velocity dripper x3 velo mini x1 Im using two velocity 1 is spoil and mini is not using I also has the tsunami clone that has the the screws. laugh.gif

So which do you prefer Velocity V1 or Velocity Mini? please review the Velocity V2 once you got it will ya? hehe. I just wanna know the height of the tobeco V2 and Mini is it similar or not.
*
Gotta say V1 is still the best one after all of shit, Man is already my everyday dripper and I can't move on to other tank/ dripper, I have the beastkit triple coils set up but seriously v1 still the best for me. dual flat fuse clapton you are all set and ready to vape. I wish the v2 wil give me some some surprise. No problem will give you a review whether v1 or the v2 will out perform the old one.

QUOTE(andyng38 @ Jun 9 2016, 10:18 PM)
Hold on a bit.

I may be wrong, but I believe the Tobeco Velocity v1 grubscrews are M3*3 while the Avocado's are M2 .5*3. Can't say they'll fit cos I don't own an Avocado. I urge a bit of caution (don't want Eiraku to have damaged post hole threads)...maybe a bit more google fu is needed?
*
perhaps get a clone cado can give him some extra screws instead of doing the guessing on which screws can be use or what not.

QUOTE(andyng38 @ Jun 15 2016, 02:44 PM)
KGD does have a scent (at least mine does), but it is very mild and not unpleasant at all. Dunno how to describe the scent though. I opened up my pack just now (purchased earlier than u) to take out a few more pieces, and the mild scent is still the same.

I have been giving my Muji's unpleasant smell some thought, and maybe I can postulate a hypothesis by drawing a parallel with a certain meat I buy. I will not name the meat in deference to those who are observing their religious duties this month.

That meat from the ordinary wet market is oily and has a heavy smell, which before cooking can be a bit strong. About 3 months back I discovered a shop selling the same kind of meat, but it came from an organic free-range farm, and I was assured it was less oily and smelled/tasted way better than the wet market variety. I bought some to try. The seller was telling the truth, and I've been his customer ever since.

What can I extrapolate from that with regard to Muji? Cotton not grown organically is fed with chemical fertilizers. It boosts growth rates far better than organic fertilizers (which are lower in nutrients by weight) and could have resulted in a higher level of oils in the boll/seed. As the Muji cotton I have is untreated and unbleached, perhaps what I had smelled/tasted in it was cotton oils going rancid.

On a related tangent, my problem with tasting iron in normal kanthal coils has gradually grown. I now get a very heavy taste of iron from kanthal claptons/normal stainless steel coils. I'm now forced to use only nichrome. Not much hardship cos I can wind my own simple claptons using nichrome 26g core and 36g wrap. Googling around, I found that there are others (not many though) who have the same iron-taste problem. Spoke about it to a doctor friend and he said that it's probably just my body adapting to new conditions (no nicotine) gradually. Hopefully given time, my sense of taste and smell will stop being so hyper and settle down. This hypersensitivity may also account for why I can't take Muji cotton anymore. I'm also adjusting my DIY juice recipes to have max 4-6% total flavorings.

Good write up man, seem like you moving toward to put a stop on vaping soon by any chance?

I wanted a permanent change in my behavior...so I chose a very slow and gradual route when heading to zero nic. My route to quit vaping entirely will also be very slow. As you may know, part of the smoking habit is having something in one's hand to put to one's mouth. Right now just vaping zero nic juices is sufficient to keep the odd craving for a real cig at bay. Not gonna lie...those cravings DO come now and then, but my vape gear helps me overcome them.
*
I see, start to think of it I still find the hand feel on ciggy is really unforgettable after vaping for like 7 month. I miss the moment when holding a ciggy and taking a deep one puff feeling that vape doesn't able to provide.

If he has fruity flavours I'll be happy to test now that I have a decent flavour dripper setup.

Heck, if it's not too sweet I can test the creamy stuff pun, though it's not my forte. But, my lidah mmg x makan manis, ice and lemak so expect feedback as such ler.

But, if it's good (or crap), I'll tell it as it is. I'm open to anything as long as it's good. I should be okay with the popcorn at least.

Before that though, nicotine berapa?

Anyway, that aside, here's another shot of my two humble main fogging machines, now that the VTC + VeloV2 is all set up and ready:

Anyone care to share the ohm law for this gentlemen? I think Ei explain everything well. Firing a single battery at 100w above and 0.1ohm is like digging your own grave just so u know.

great, now thats a safe way to vape. If you want firing higher make sure you get a dual batt mod. single batt mod not really sustain chain vaping draining pretty fast on battery.
