P4 3.2E HT @ stock (Artic freezer4) Intel 865Perl mobo 9200se (downgraded from x850xt already temp kinda hot at stock.its just ok la since it is prescott... edit:typo This post has been edited by rainingzero: Feb 1 2007, 11:55 PM |

QUOTE(kabukiawie @ Feb 2 2007, 08:28 AM) the temp is kinda hot la, but normal for prescott i think..mine idle 50-52c and full load around 56-57c... i tested my freezer4 ability by oc my friends proc 2.4c to 3.0ghz.temp not exceed 48c.but when pairing with my proc, it's really hot la.but compared to stock heatsink this one totally silent.... last time i modd my freezer, adding additional fan (pull n push configuration), manage to decrease the temp around 5c... edit:typo This post has been edited by rainingzero: Feb 2 2007, 02:37 PM |

QUOTE(kabukiawie @ Feb 2 2007, 02:45 PM) not using it anymore, coz last time only got sunon fan.powerful but a bit loud.. QUOTE(RokXIII @ Feb 2 2007, 04:17 PM) my previous prescott 2.4, idle temp at around 43-45C, full load will be 61C, sometimes can go idle at 39C... my previous 2.8A prescott the temp while idle also around that.but in full load, only around 55c.must be becoz of my freezer... So mayb u can try to reapply the thermal compound then give u a lower temp. |

Will it delete my file if I reinstall window xp ? |

QUOTE(raymond5105 @ Feb 5 2007, 07:19 PM) Got VIA and SIS also.As long as their mobos are built with S478 socket then any 478 proc can fit in already. But usually for SIS and VIA mobo ,need to check on their max proc spec capability first before going to use them. yeah, usually SIS got at those SFF mobo....SIS not bad for overclocker.... |

QUOTE(eddyann @ Feb 6 2007, 09:12 AM) yo guys, i need some recomendation on HSF for my P4C 3.0GHz oc @ 3.41GHz. Idle temp is around 45-48C but 100% load is as high as 75C ! even at stock voltage (1.525v) still too hot for me. yours is 3.0E??got same prob when using CM cooler before.. currently use the CM Xdream III Copper base+ Aluminium fins. i need to replace a good HSF so that i can decrease to about 55-60C on full load. |
