so this mobo not supported by 9600pro, right? not enough agp voltage. I think u get better gc like 6600gt etc to run this rig. did your bro using p4p800se with 9600pro before?
*
hehe..no la...my bro use albatron mobo with that 9600 Pro and 3.0Ghz proc befor his mobo died....the mobo also damage a 512Mb ram with a burn mark... doh.gif ... then my bro wanna go for AMD and left all those things for me... rclxms.gif i just bought that p4p800-se few days ago to run the 3.0Ghz as my old mobo only support 533Mhz FSB... biggrin.gif

damn, my mobo doesnt support 7300gt. sad.gif waste my $ only. when plugin, the system become not stable even oven stock. At 1st i suspect psu not enough juice, borrow a 500w true power psu still same. reinstall windows 3 times still same problem, tried 3 different forceware, change new ide cable, switch ide channel and tried boot from sata/ide, reinstall cpu, take out all pci card, flash bios etc. even i rma the 7300gt 1 to 1 still having the same prob. Haiz....wasted 2 weeks to troubleshoot.

when put my g3 in everything stable even with oced cpu. I really have phobia with new gc already.

Is it the same happen to your p4p800se?
*
hehe..some sort like that la...so...it's the cmos battery rite....so i just can follow ur footsteps la by ignoring it until critically needed... laugh.gif

Very obvious that your PSU's the culprit. If it's possible, get a high quality one. I have an Enermax 350W which is powering my PC very nicely, which has four 80mm casing fans, two hard drives and the rest listed in my signature. smile.gif
*
waa..only 350W power can run all that... shocking.gif ... i was planning to get new psu but have to hold first as i'm gonna be a daddy by this month biggrin.gif ... so pc become to less important for the time being... tongue.gif .. might get the psu when the time rite.. hehe..

cap ayam PSU like that 1. Rated at 400W, but it might be rated only at 200W, who knows smile.gif For fans and other addons such as HDDs and etc, its the +12V ampere more important than Watts smile.gif
*
oic...so i don need to get higher watt psu rite?? maybe fortron / silverstone 400W will do just nice aaa aa?? am i rite bro?? sweat.gif

for future investment get the latest truepower PSUs which are compatible with 20/24 pin ATX. 400W should be sufficient for S478.

sang_karim : 350W if its truepower it is still okay. Watch out for the 12V A <--- the important 1 smile.gif
*
err..sorry for being super noob ... for true power psu, it will state true power only aa? if not state...that's not true power ka? how about the efficiency?? sweat.gif

@harusame
if u don want to spend much money on heat sink...i think u can only add some fans for good air flow .... maybe 1 fan infront for intake and 1 fan at rear for exhaust ... i'm currently opening 2 of my 5.25" bay's cover for air intakes .. with 1 fan at rear for exhaust .. current temp for CPU is 45C and mobo at 37C for normal use only...no OC ... biggrin.gif but planning to get better PSU to install intake fan at front due to my current cap ayam PSU can't handle to much fan .. vmad.gif

*don't forget about ur cable management to coz good air flow depends on that also .. icon_rolleyes.gif

ooo.......nice mod. smile.gif catch the foto on the fronty case... laugh.gif i want to see how you mod.

37C mobo temp quite nice. Mine open case just a bit better than yours.
*
no mod la bro ... just open the 2 front bays cover ... since i'm using one 80mm fan at rear for exhaust .. so the air flow just straight from the open bays to exhaust ... hehe ... wanna wait for new PSU before try to mod the fan since it's only fit for one 80mm fan but need to make a house bracket to pun the fan... still thinking how to make that house bracket... sweat.gif really afraid if any cicak or tikus masuk through that opan bays la .. sweat.gif

*i'm hiding the ribbon ide cable to other side of the side panel .. so no ribbon cable blocking the air flow ... biggrin.gif

@colinwong89
before opening the covers+using side panel air duct+messy ide ribbon cable .. both mobo and cpu temp almost 50C and above ... and the hsf also running at very high speed and so noisy ... after removing the covers+remove air duct+hiding the ide ribbon cable .. that's what i got .. hehe ... biggrin.gif no more noisy fan inside there... hehe .. 70C is quite high la bro ... try to lower the temp a bit lar... sweat.gif

so you just open it without putting a fan?? hmm......the cable seem not so tidy.  sweat.gif maybe use cable tie to 'bundle' up, pull cable to side. tongue.gif haha, mine also quite messy. just pull all cable aside so that wont block the way.
shocking.gif  shocking.gif wao..... sang_karim upgrade to father already.
the cable not to long la to bundle together ... it's ok la for me ... if the temp rise like crazy then i'll go tie the cable together... hehe .. biggrin.gif .. don't be so shock la bro .. hehe .. i'm oredi 29 la...just a little bit late to computer tech .. hehe... biggrin.gif

hehe...this what i want to do ... but this is 120mm fan ... sweat.gif i just thinking to put only 80mm fan .. it will need to open 3 bays cover for that 120mm fan ... maybe i should consider that 120mm fan ... laugh.gif
