Is that battery or cpu temp. Even for either that's awfully low. Don't see any issue.

You can check using apps like Aida 64 to see all your thermal sensors. 37 is normal for battery and low for cpu. Like someone mentioned if your phone signal is weak it can heat up your phone. Also is your screen hot?

will keep monitoring with the new apps.
front screen has minor heating, not as hot compared to back of phone.

hopefully not an issue.

My s7e was too hot when use smart switch, transfer all data including apps and pic, about 16gb in size

In fact, it was too hot for me to even hold it in my hand
