And Miki nearly joined us few years back....
Klopp laid the foundation and they're reaping good rewards. 'Flops' like Kagawa, Sahin also playing well there. They believe in the system, believe in the manager.
I know we will go places with Klopp. He has rebooted 'flops' like Lov, Sakho, Origi, Allen.... Respect! Now.... give us a good summer transfer and we'll be awesome!

Could be all Spanish finals. The Spaniards looked really strong but then again so are BvB, Barca.... Any team can be beaten or win. Come what may, Klopp has given us reasons to believe. Btw, yellow is our fav opponent This post has been edited by lp16: Apr 15 2016, 09:02 PM

Ya, we tend to do well against team that attacks coz when they attack, it gives space for us to break or press. Against bus parkers.... well, then we're parked!
We do not have 'real' wingers that can stretch a packed defence. We usually struggle against teams that sit deep and counter only.

With or without Sakho, Bournemouth is having a great 2nd half.
Origi might restore some confidence.

Very good game today. Bournemouth played really well.
Ward had a good game with a few fine saves. Sakho with a great block, goal line clearance too!
Sturridge was sharp and could've got himself a matchball.

Yesterday's match was a great opportunity for the youngsters to shine and they grabbed their chances well. Ward was really good with some vital saves.
Randal, smith, Ojo, Stewart and even Ibe played well. Lucas as defender was a bit of a risk in a bigger game. Time and again he was left for dead by pacy strikers. He's no Masch!
Strurridge was really unlucky not to get a matchball. He was hungry to impress given that Origi is now a favoured striker in Klopp's book. He did really well.
Allen also impressed with his control of the midfield. Not the biggest of players but his attitude not to be bullied is really nice to watch.
Klopp must surely liked what he saw for the past few games. Won't be suprised to see Allen given a new contract.

QUOTE(yeelong @ Apr 19 2016, 10:03 AM) Morning guys, thanks for pic hope it doesn't derail the tered here . There's no update on origi's knock on his back, hopefully Klopp will offer new update later on before the match this morning. Another news is very interesting, our tonight's opponents, Everton, they've got dilemma in fielding tonight's players as they have a FA Cup semi vs Manu coming up this weekend. Question now is, will Martinez field strong team against us or he will concentrate on FA Cup which need to determine a winner on that very day to advance Final, no replay on Semi. If I'm Matinez, I'll concentrate on the FA Cup but then again it's a Merseyside Derby. He won't want to be accused of lacking guts to take on LFC. So, I think he'll play his best players in Derby AND the FA Cup; meaning losing both. BTW, their current form is awful...

It's been a mixed week for us. Finally, after 27 long years, the victims and their families got the justice they deserved. It's been a long fight and we came out as victors.
Can't be said for the squad though....
Injuries, suspensions all wrecking havoc to our final laps of the season.
Sakho is not contesting the result of his failed drug test; meaning a certain ban is expected. Now, hopefully a few months will do.
Losing Divock; our in-form striker is a huge blow. Ben is back but he's not 100%. Even if he's 100% fit, he's basically a bench warmer...
Hendo, Can all out.... Will be tough for us as all 3 departments are short of quality.
Time for Allen, Firmino, Couth and others to step up their game. Limit the damage and see what we can do back home is the best we can hope for.
Mig could be the key in this tie....

Hope we don' panic buy a CB just because we need a CB. Season drawing to a close, nothing much to fight for in the league....
Let's play with passion and heart for the remaining matches and see what's next.
Tonight is the night!

Biggest talking point will be Klopp's substitution or tactics. So un-Klopp.
Anyway, Vil has a one goal advantage and I reckon we'll need at least 3 goals at Anfield if we're to make progress. Just can't see a clean sheet given the way Vil break with speed and we'll be exposed when attacking.
As for now, let's regroup, focus and get the job done in Anfield.

Don't think JK is isolating Sturridge. Maybe he's protecting Sturr for the final lap; hoping we can keep a clean sheet at Villarreal; which obviously backfired badly.
It was a gamble and sometimes things just don't work out. Saying JK is isolating players is stretching it a bit too far.

I think it'll be sensible to rest the big boys against a rugby team. Why risk when we all know it's just a formality to complete the BPL fixture? The main event is against Seville.
Hendo will captain today's game if he's fit to play. More kids will be exposed for this game, bodes well for development.
Hendo is a unspectacular but steady player. Still remembered how much we missed him 2 seasons ago when he was injured and suddenly we kept on losing points. However his niggling injuries has hampered his game.
I think JK will use the WBA game to access Hendo. It's a touch and go....
No matter what team sheet he submits, I have 100% on the players.
