When you walk through a storm hold your head up high And don't be afraid of the dark. At the end of a storm there's a golden sky And the sweet silver song of a lark. Walk on through the wind, Walk on through the rain, For your dreams be tossed and blown. Walk on, walk on with hope in your heart And you'll never walk alone, You'll never walk alone.
Walk on, walk on with hope in your heart And you'll never walk alone, You'll never walk alone.

A tip though. Change the 'youtube' in the URL to 'youpak'. This will unlock all geo-locked videos. Not sure if this would work, guess we will find out tomorrow night.
Tony Barrett has just reaffirmed Paul Joyce's earlier report of our interest in Goetze. Barrett, Pearce and Joyce are the 3 most reliable ones when it comes to Liverpool inside news.
What is the meaning of this though? All 3 journalists are known to have connections within the Anfield hierarchy but how do they know of Goetze's reported intention to reunite with Klopp? It must be someone from within Liverpool telling them this. So now the question is why are we leaking this info? Is Goetze really interested or is this to put pressure on Bayern to accept a lower fee? The fact that we are willing to leak such info this many months before the window tells us that the interest is concrete because there's no way they would risk a backlash if we fail to yet again land our target.
On the flip side of the coin though, in Germany, it is reported by a very reputable Dortmund journalist that Goetze's intention is to make a return to BVB. (from what I've read this journalist is very accurate when it comes to BVB news) So it would be logical to assume our biggest competition will be BVB. Will the lure of CL football triumph or will Klopp's charm be enough to bring him to Anfield?
If Goetze arrives though we will have 4 no.10s with Goetze, Coutinho, Firmino and Lallana. Maybe Klopp intends to play Firmino upfront more often. But playing with 3 no.10s behind the striker will be too narrow. The problem is magnified by the lack of offensive output by our fullbacks. We have also been linked with Piotr Zielinski who is an offensive CM. There seems to be a lack of defensive balance in this setup. Curious to see how things work out next season.
Other transfer news include interest in Jonas Hector and reported bid for Ter Stegen. Ter Stegen has also made known his interest to move this coming summer if not guaranteed more football next season.
If Ayre's parting gift for us is signing Klopp followed by Goetze and Ter Stegen, I forgive him.
