Source: Arkitek MAA Land area: 6.7 acres Sizes: 900 to 1,760 sq ft while the layouts will be 2+1 or 3+1 bedroom units Sited at Bandar Baru Seri Petaling which is in close proximity to the city centre. The layout plan complements the existing terrain. There are 2 blocks of residential apartments of 28 and 33 storey each sharing a common car park podium. This rooftop garden is landscaped to intergrate into the surrounding greenery of the site. There are 670 residential units in total. access should be through jalan sp2? through merah silu would be better. if through jalan sp2, the landed sure make noise.
