Sizes: 900 to 1,760 sq ft while the layouts will be 2+1 or 3+1 bedroom units

Sited at Bandar Baru Seri Petaling which is in close proximity to the city centre. The layout plan complements the existing terrain.

There are 2 blocks of residential apartments of 28 and 33 storey each sharing a common car park podium. The car park podium has a rooftop garden with swimming pool for recreational activities for the residents of these 2 blocks. This rooftop garden is landscaped to intergrate into the surrounding greenery of the site.

I drive thru along the road - there Bill Board state I&P wanted to build high rise residential .
Not mistaken the board had been putting there few year. I recall during 8 Petaling was building the bill board was there since.

I don't hv design for WCT OUG Paradigm.

They built access road after the Toll - which part need to see the WCT OUG Paradigm design.
