Hi all sifu and master. i have a question that related to rental issue.. Currently my parent informed to me that management for that condo never bank in the rental money to my parent's account.
May i know where can i report to who about this issues? The management for that condo have deducted maintenance fee and issued us the original receipt but never bank in the rental for 3months.

Im very sure they have collected from tenant and issued OR to my parent or if they failed to collect. It is impossible for them to say failed to collect the rental income from tenant because they deducted the maintenance fee immediately..

Please advice me ya.. thanks all sifu and master

This is new to me, you allow the condo management to collect rental for your own unit behalf.

If this is true, 1st thing 1st, you may go to their management office and find out what is going on first. If they do collect the money / rental, but never transfer back to you instead just deduct the maintenance fee, then we can talk about legal.

why is condo management collecting rental... wtf?

but as asikrimcup said. find out whats happening. maybe they are too lazy to bank in to you so they just put it as credit into your apartments account. so check the invoice, maybe you got lots of credit. for them its win win. no worry about service, and also can get interest off your monies.

That's weird that you allow a third party to collect the rental for you. Check with the management, if they still refuse to give you back then you can take legal action, although I am not sure it's worth spending that kind of money or not for legal fees unless your rental income is over 30k

this is new to me. A word of advise though, best you collect the rental yourself or have your tenant directly T/T the monies to your bank account to avoid any dispute.

That was happened when we bought the condo for 5 or 6 yrs ago... the management said that they can manage for us so my parent allowed them to do so and all the years were smooth bank in on time but this incident was happening this year.. fine if they can bank in to me now..what i worry that the person in charge to collect said the tenant never give the rental fee to management.. i will discuss with them that we will collect from tenant directly...

Yea..i think so they lazy and i think they were used my parent money to turn their cash flow... haizx i will manage it.. u know old people dont bother for it unless people manage for them.. everything got , they did issue out OR to us on the maintenance fee after collected from rental. Immediately deduct the maintenance fee from rental.. what i angry was they keep give us excuse that busy this week that week..drag for more than 3 weeks..that why i wanna lodge a report to any authority for this issues

Thanks bro... but if they able to clarify and solve it immediate effect. I wont go for legal.. not a big rental income. That will cost me few k for the legal action... solve it internally..
