QUOTE(ic no 851025071234 @ Jul 24 2016, 06:21 PM) What is the use of spotlight search ? Spotlight Search is a tool to find almost anything on your iPhone. You can use it to search for anything on your device, including apps, music, movies, contacts and even information stored inside apps, such as a particular episode of a TV show. The search feature will also bring up apps on the App Store as well as popular websites. It can search inside of your email and text messages, search your cloud services like iCloud Drive or Dropbox and look up entries on Wikipedia.

QUOTE(ic no 851025071234 @ Jul 25 2016, 03:30 PM) The sp is front and back? How much cost? The Spigen tempered glass is only for the front. No rear protection. I bought it in the UK and if I'm not mistaken, I bought it for less than RM50

QUOTE(ic no 851025071234 @ Jul 25 2016, 04:12 PM) Rm5 so cheap? Of course need to buy good one. It's like buying rm1 lock to take care your 1 million house lol I once used a RM10 tempered glass screen protector on my iPhone and it lasted me for 10 months. Not sure if 10 months was more than enough to be qualified as durable.

QUOTE(phhweittt @ Jul 25 2016, 08:47 PM) totally agree with you. i wonder when Apple will use touch screen instead of home button When the competition becomes too great for Apple to keep the home button. I expect to see an iPhone without buttons in the future.

QUOTE(patrick94 @ Jul 26 2016, 12:29 AM) will get finger print easily? my experience is tempered glass very easy get dirty ( oil / finger print ) but it's better touching feel... It is not a fingerprint magnet. The oleophobic coating means even if there is a patch of oil on the glass screen protector, you can clean it off easily without much effort

Found something intriguing while playing with iOS 10 beta 3. There's a feature which warns users when the Lightning port gets wet. Probably too late for some I guess

QUOTE(ic no 851025071234 @ Jul 26 2016, 10:47 AM) Any significant update to iOS 10? I read somewhere we can delete the apps we don't use from the home screen? Most built-in iOS apps could be removed from the home screen in iOS 10. However, Apple revealed that you're only removing the apps' icons; the app itself is still loaded on the phone, in memory.

QUOTE(ic no 851025071234 @ Jul 25 2016, 12:29 PM) Assistive touch got the round thing in your screen I find it make the phone ugly. Where u put the round thing? Totally agree with you. The assistive touch feature is like a floating black icon which just compromise the aesthetic of the UI. Primary reason as to why they see using it is so that they can lower the chances of spoiling the physical home button.

QUOTE(sunyen @ Jul 26 2016, 11:06 PM) my primary reason for using it is not to save the Home button but to easily mute the phone without picking the physical mute toggle on the left with my fingernail. and the mute and unmute text is helpful. i also use it to shake the phone instead of stupidly shake the phone to undo. i also use the triple click to quickly invert the screen to black for night reading. also use the multitasking without jamming the Home button twice everytime. In fact, if you are really paranoid over saving your Home button, you can turn Hey Siri on to unlock phone without pressing the Home button at all. if you also add volume up/down and Lock screen features, you can practically press not a single button on your iPhone to operate it! Anyone here actually uses Siri to unlock their iPhone SEs?

QUOTE(hurricane21 @ Jul 26 2016, 11:43 PM) Hi guys, Currently I'm using 5c 16GB and thinking to 'upgrade' to SE, only the 16GB model suit my budget since I only have 2k. May I know is there anyone here using the SE 16GB model? So far the small storage suit your usage? My phone usage can be consider minimal as I only use my phone to call, Whatsapp (quite a lot media), take photo (not always), music (apple music). Anyone can advise because I don't want to feel 'I should've gotten the 64GB version' after I bought it. For me, I expect my phone can last me 3 years. Thanks guys Even for a light user like myself, I find 16GB is too little. Nowadays, I believe smartphones should be equipped with 32GB of internal storage at least. You may find 16GB is sufficient on the day you bought it but as you add songs, photos and apps, 16GB ain't gonna be enough.

QUOTE(LVL1NiNjA @ Jul 31 2016, 11:31 AM) Guys, I'm running iOS 9.3.2. My Whatsapp version is 2.16.7, I don't receive any incoming notifications from the app. Please help! 1. Go into WhatsApp's notification settings and perform a complete notification reset. 2. If that doesn't work, go into 'Settings' > 'Notifications', look for 'WhatsApp' then ensure all notification features are switched on 3. If that doesn't work either, you may have to perform a restore on your iPhone. I used the 3rd option to troubleshoot it on my iPhone 6 Plus. Not sure whether it works on the SE though

QUOTE(LVL1NiNjA @ Jul 31 2016, 04:29 PM) What about just Delete All Data & Reset All Settings inside the phone? Then refigure again. I would do that if all options failed to resolve the issue

QUOTE(jumpstat @ Aug 4 2016, 07:42 AM) I have Ip4, Ip5s, Ip6, Ip6+ and the Ip5Se, ended up using the Ip5Se. I was using the Ip6+, Big display but the Ip5 smaller form factor appeals to me also the interface is very fluid like the Ip6+ at much cheaper2 price point. If you are looking for a phone with occasional browsing, the Ip5S is a good start. That's some serious customer loyalty right there
