Most probably the ram is bogged down. Clear the cache by switching off the phone. If that doesn't help, then do a reset, i.e. holding down the power and home button together until the screen goes blank and then only let go of the button when u see the apple logo. Data will not be erased. If this still no effect. Then a backup on iTunes and then a full reset/restore shoud clear up the lag. All the best bro.

There is a shortage all around it seems. Tried to get one from maxis also no go, since early of this year in fact. A sought after model unfortunately.

Aaah, how come the icon not like the usual fb? Maybe its a corrupted file. Did yu do a backup in itunes or cloud? If you have a backup already, then a restore operation will clear up the issue. Settings/data so kept in iCloud.

You could hard reset your phone and do a restore, and see whether it helps.

Always update the new phone on its own, not through iTunes. After updating firmware, then with itunes do a restore. And another good note is that in iTunes, do not let the device sync automatically. By doing it manually, you will minimize alot of issues. I have benn there and done that with my experience with ip4, ip5s, ip6, ip6+ and ip7.

I am not saying that auto sync no good. In fact it is very good and works flawlessly. Its just that for instances where you need to do a restore either its a new or old phone, when auto sync enabled, what happens is when you connect to itunes, the software can get confuse, thus restoring works can have issues. So by disabling it, whenever new phone is connected, then i found it to be no problem to restore without issues. This i am based on my experiences since ip4 till now.

IIRC apple allows association of not more than 5 devices per apple id.

and the system follows the apple id. I myself uses 2 apple ids for my phone for the simple reason that 1 account is Malaysian and the other US account. Both have pros and cons. My main account and apps all from Apple US. So far no issues with the different iclouds as both have the same data, and my icloud only backup phone settings, notes, contact lists and calendar.

For the former scenario, both phones will be sync with the latest data in iCloud.

My main backup would be with iTunes. FYI always use encrypted backup which differs from the non-encrypted. Encrypted backup will also save all password settings.

Yes, quite a number of utilities as well as games too. Those with adult themed definitely available at the US store but not here. Games like super mario, it was made available at US store and after awhile the rest of the world.

The US store can use itune gift card. M'sia don't have that, only have CC.

Nowadays, many types available with varying prices. Some covers completely the front glass area and some are a tad smaller to compensate cases used with the phone. For me, I'll get the SP from the same brand of case I would be using. Most brands do sell tempered glass apart from cases. This way I am guaranteed compatibility in terms of fitment/size.

Your welcome biggrin.gif BTW i myself use Spigen Neo Hybrid with Spigen Glazz (Tempered glass from SGP). Nice rounded corners and chamfer. Easy also to apply oneself, even the bubbles iron out easily.

It was something like RM95 for the case and RM99 for the Tempered glass (it came with 2 pcs of SP). I bought it through Lazada.

Emm, no case but hot while charging?. I mean my son's phone do get warm to the touch but not hot like playing graphic intense game. Furthermore your original charger only charge max 1Amp which is nothing compared to what I use to charge at 2.1 amo using the 12Watt ipad charger. Anyway for your info, 0% - 80% the phone is on max charging rate, then it will trottle down the charge rate till about 95% capacity and the remaining will be on trickle charging.

It probaby helps if you charge with the unit face down on the table too.

bro, if you haven't tried yet. Do a backup in itunes. Then restore the phone as new. Do not restore, use the standard basic setup. Test your phone and try to play the video. If same issues as before, I would go seek an audience with the nearest SC.

I brought my ip6+ 64gb to a recent Sri Lanka holliday, and halfway on the 3rd day already have problems with too many videos.

Moral of the story, the more storage is good but it not necessary.

I bought for my son a UAG one. it grows on you and the phone well protected. Nut beware there are alot of fake UAGs out there.

In the long run, 16gb not enuff bro. Unless you dont take photos or videos etc, then if that is the case no need to get a smartphone like the iphone SE, a basic phone will do.

The 64gb is the sweet spot. With the amunt of storage, you will find the experience much better/nicer.
