Details of the complaint :
On 28-02-2016 i contacted him for surface Pro 3 repair, he said can and he have in house tech can do that repair, i drop my surface pro 3 to his office and he told me he got in house technician can do that repair, but that day is sunday, so have to come back to me on monday.
On 29-2-2016: He reconfirm he can repair but giving a reason saying that might be 20% fail, so i went to his place to monitor the job, we agree that only once me there he start working on it. but when i arrived he place they already half way breaking my laptop, at the same time also find out his first lie, that is not his in house Tech but some Pakistani in imbi.
29-2-2016: because is just screen broken, once screen open up and digitizer disconnect, my surface Pro 3 is showing working, he asked me to wait there, after hours spending, he tell me they only got V1.2 (another lie) surface Pro 3 screen and my is v1.1, i requested to take back my surfacepro but he refuse, insist can be done in two day time.
03-03-2016: i called and ask, he said not ready yet, ask me to give few more day, in the phone i pretend to agree on it, but i went to his place to collect my surface Pro 3, when i reach there, i wanted to collect my surface, he agree and i saw him take out my surface and start to put back some screw/nut and return it to me (wondering why and what is happen, cause as i know changing surface screen don't have to open those screw/nut).....
He past me that surface 3, i try to switch it on but fail, he told me no battery, lucky i bring my charger over but it fail to start (nothing work), that make me suspect he take out some component.
Than he agree will fix my item in few day time as the part is on the way now.
I have no choice to agree, else i take back my surface casing only.
after few week, i contacted him again, he said he will fix for me, so i give him another week.
After another long week, i called him, he said he get back to me in few hour time, but after that he refuse to answer my call, whatapps and so on.
My Conclusion:
He not as honest businessman with below lie.
1. In House technician but true fact is not, just another guy in imbi.
2. Dismantle my Surface without my permission. (agree on 7pm but i reach at 6 already halfway open)
3. He said he got part stock but saying my is V 1.1 but his stock is V 1.2 (btw MS don't make V1.2 screen at all).
4. Open up unnecessary part. (i highly suspect he try to steal my proc, ram or anything).
5. He said few day to get part, but up till now there is no part. (even part send from US also arrived la).
6. Agree to solve it with me in a week but fail.
7. Agree to 100% settle in few hour time but refuse my call nor whatapps by after 24 hour.
8. Fail to walk his word.
Basically i find him is just a theft trying to steal part base on above incident. (i uploading his photo, add and phone number soon.)
