worth or not? my aircon problematic now,compressor noisy,gas leak...
however,the aircon guy offer me 1 2nd hand AC set include indoor and outdoor unit,rm500...add rm150 for installation.
worth? or better buy new 1? if new 1 cheapest how much i can get?

New cheapest can get $750 ler.. 2nd hand indoor look ok, but outdoor compressor sure got problem later on.

my aircond i use 10 years already till todate no problem. Why risk 2nd hand? If spoil who repair?

depends on the conditions of the 2nd unit and how long in used?

New one..comes with 5 year warranty. But if budget is concern..take the 2nd hand one..insist on warranty.

Aircond deal with moisture everyday, after 5 yrs sure got rust. Moreover sometime they didn't dry the unit properly before wrapping.

try clean the outdoor compressor with a high pressure jet spray and spray some wd40 on fan motor
