OnePark is actually in between Kajang and Semenyih, haven't reach Semenyih town yet. Just went to their show unit, the starting price is around RM600k onwards, have 3 types of homes. Currently the 3rd type is open for sales as saw in the banners around, the price is RM600k onwards. Anyone interested can go to their Sales Office they have show units with Interior Design for the type - Melwood. Another bare unit for type - Baywood.
